L'autore illustra una serie di esercitazioni didattiche per il lancio del giavellotto, scaturite da una ricerca tecnica da \"campo\" iniziata nel 1986. Le andature tecniche con il giavellotto vengono suddivise in \"semplici\", realizzate solo con l'attrezzo, e \"speciali\" realizzate, oltre che con il giavellotto, anche con il sussidio del traino e degli ostacoli. Tale ricerca ha portato all'affinamento delle andature più efficaci per la didattica ed il perfezionamento della tecnica del lancio del giavellotto, ed è stata realizzata su un campione di circa 400 allievi provenienti dall'ambito scolastico, societario e dei centri di avviamento allo sport.

A series of didactical drills for javelin throw are illustrated. They derived from a technical experimentation on the field, begun in 1986. The technical drills with the javelin are divided in \"simple ones\", realized only with the javelin, and \"special ones\" realized, besides the javelin also with the use of drawing and hurdles. This research leaded to the improvements of the most effective impulsions for the didactics and the improvement of javelin throw technique, and it was realized on a sample of about 400 athletes coming from schools, clubs and \"centri di avviamento\" to sport.
