L'Autore affronta, da un punto di vista tecnico-costruttivo-gestionale, la problematica dei Campi Scuola, al fine di studiare valide soluzioni tecnologiche per il loro recupero e valorizzazione. Dall'analisi della situazione esistente, in rapporto ai parametri di utilizzo, si passa all'individuazione di interventi mirati sui singoli elementi costruttivi. Viene ipotizzata la possibilità di migliorare la struttura base, integrandola con elementi aggiuntivi che ne consentano un pieno utilizzo e rilancio, quali ad esempio i mini-impianti indoor. Particolare attenzione viene dedicata al problema della manutenzione, sottolineando l'importanza di attuare la cosidetta \"manutenzione programmata\", idonea a minimizzare i costi e programmare gli interventi senza danneggiare l'attività.

The question of the Italian \"camposcuola\" faciclities is analyzed from a technical, building and managerial viewpont with the aim of studying valid technological solutions for their recovery and improvement. The analysis of the current situation, related to the parameters of use, and the identification of the finalized interventions on the single building elements are two starting points. The possibility to improve the basic structure is thus studied, integrating it with additional elements, permitting a full utilization and a new promotion, such as some indoor minifacilities. Particular attention is paid to the problem of maintenance, highlighting the importance of realizing thew so-called \"planned maintenance\", appropriate to minimize costs and to plan the interventions without creating problems to the activity.
